Finding your working style is just as important as finding your sense of style. So we designed a process to reveal what you’d like to see, and how you’d like to see it.

1. Interview – to meet with you in your home and learn your goals, dreams, concerns. See more of our portfolio, if you like.

2. Letter of agreement – so you’ll have written confirmation of the project scope and fees.

3. Design development – meeting with you throughout the entire process in order to explore the following.

> Design programming – gathering more detailed information required to meet your needs.
> Concept development – exploring ideas and developing sketches to arrive at a direction that addresses scale, massing, line, texture, color, shape, and more.
> Spatial relationships – studying traffic, flow, support of functional needs, furniture layout, and interrelationships of vertical and horizontal planes.
> Selection or design of finishes, fixtures, furniture, and fabrics.

4. Design documentation – written and drawn documentation of the design solution. Written finish and fixture specifications for your contractor. Technical drawings for remodeling, lighting plans, custom cabinets, and custom furniture.

5. Execution and supervision – visit construction sites to guide and assist your contractors. Place furniture orders. Oversee fabrication of custom items. Arrange and supervise delivery and installation.
